A nozzle extends from deep in the back of the toilet seat and sprays a stream of warm water from its tip. The warm water is delivered in a single jet stream which thoroughly rinses the posterior. The force of the water stream can be adjusted to suit.

The Lotus and Jasmin feature a water massage effect which can help in improving local blood circulation or easing hemorrhoids (piles).

The feminine shower nozzle has eight holes, which deliver a gentler shower of water than that of the bidet spray, making it particularly useful for women during menstruation, pregnancy or after childbirth, to improve feminine hygiene and cleanliness without discomfort.
