Saddle Seat comes with two basic seat styles, standard or cutaway (shown
left). The cutaway seat is particularly designed for people with narrow
hips (limited hip abduction). The Saddle Seat should be a suitable size
for all adults and school age children.
Apart from an excellent range of colours in durable leather, vinyl or
wool fabric, Bambach provides Saddle Seats with different castors to suit
various surfaces and conditions, and different height ranges to suit users
from very tall to small, including children.
There are also various options that enable you to tailor
the Saddle Seat to your own needs:
Back Rest - The back rest on the seat is optional and
is used purely as a 'rest'. The back rest adjusts for height and angle.
Foot Height Adjuster - Allows adjustment of the seat
height whilst leaving your hands free. Ideal for use where hands need
to be kept sterile.
Sheepskin Cover - A natural wool sheepskin cover that
fits over the standard seat to give a warmer feel.
Footring - The footring enables you to sit or work at
a greater than normal height, and still retain the pelvis in the upright
neutral position.

 The
Saddle Seat offers a completely new way of sitting - if you want to try
before you buy, Bambach will send you a seat to your preferred specification
of height, upholstery, seat and castors, so that you can try it out for
a month.
If after one month you decide to purchase the seat, it costs £468.82
including VAT at 17.5%.
