Pendant Transmitter Operated Telephone Auto-Dialler

A simple to set up system that allows an elderly or disabled person to press a transmitter attached to a neck cord that remotely activates a telephone auto dialler. The dialler can store up to four emergency contact numbers. Friends, family, neighbours, professional caregivers can all be telephoned automatically at the press of a button.

No monthly charges or monitoring contracts are involved. All that is required for use is an active telephone line (BT or cable company). Suitable for private care of the elderly, disabled, or people at risk at home alone.

The TED-01 offers peace of mind for anxious relatives, comfort and reassurance for the user and will provide yeas of useful service. The dialler is powered by an AC/DC power adapter, and has full function battery backup provided by four x AA batteries, so it will operate if there is a power cut.

It is very simple to set up and use. A built-in voice recorder allows you to record your own outgoing message of up to 20 seconds duration. When activated by the transmitter or large pre-programmable buttons, the dialler will call each stored number, making up to 15 attempts on each number if the line is busy or not answered. When a call is answered, the dialler will repeat the emergency message three times, then a built-in two-way intercom is switched on, allowing conversation for up to three minutes. If the first number is unobtainable, the TED-01 will call the next number and so on until an answer is obtained. The TED-01 will call all entered emergency numbers to ensure that the message gets through.
