Wheelchair Platform Lifts

Practical, reliable and innovative, Equilift has a range of wheelchair platform lifts that are suitable for both curved and straight staircases.

The Tangent, shown left, is suitable for straight stairs up to seven metres. Suitable for staircases as narrow as 920 millimetres, the Tangent can be wall or stairtread mounted.

It can be used indoors or outdoors, and folds to less than 33 centimetres when not to use.

Features include:

• Unique "Space Saver" vertical lowering at stair bottom
• Standard automatic safety arms and ramps
• Sensors detect any obstructions in the path of the lift
• Operated by a light easy-to-use joystick (hold to run)
• Emergency lowering system

The Equilift range also includes the Radius, for climbing complex curved stairs, and the Butler, which is equally suitable for home and office environments.
