Wheelchair Accessible Swing

The Ability Whirl has been joined by a wheelchair accessible swing, extending the playground fun even further!

Integrated Swing -

This traditional swing combined with the wheelchair-adapted frame allows the children to play nearer each other when out in a supervised play area.

The AbilitySwing's unique FOUR POINT SECURE CLAMPING SYSTEM for wheelchairs provides peace of mind.

The track is fitted as standard, and the ratchet webbing is optional.

Picnic Tables

Shown here is a six seater wheelchair-friendly picnic table. It has been designed to be very comfortable and is built from strong galvanised steel framework, giving superb all-round durability.

This picnic table is also available in all-steel.

Integrated Slide

This slide is twice as wide as the traditional playground slide, so two can slide down at the same time, making it perfect for supervised play.

It has a highly polished stainless steel chute, with the end curved under for safety.

Kissing Gates

Anti-motorcycle kissing gate

Since 1984 our Anti-motorcycle Kissing Gates have been successfully keeping play areas safe by excluding motorcycles, while allowing access for pedestrians, prams and wheelchairs.

With the growing popularity of motorised wheelchairs and electric scooters, which require more room to manoeuvre, we have adopted the RADAR key scheme, an ideal control for use in any situation where access needs to be regulated without inconveniencing disabled users.

The integral RADAR Lock adaptor, combined with the Hingeless Gate, allows clear through access in both directions for motorised wheelchairs, scooters etc.
