The iHear mobile neckloop (shown left) is a lightweight wireless device utilising Bluetooth wireless technology.

It provides hands-free communication on a mobile phone for the hearing aid wearer via the hearing aid telecoil “T” switch.

The mobile neckloop is worn around the neck like a necklace. Depending on your make and model of phone, it is even possible to play and listen to mp3 tracks stored on your mobile via the Bluetooth iHear mobile neckloop.

Other products in the mobile phone range include the PicoLoop and NanoLoop, both of which connect to your mobile by a single wire and allow you to control certain functions on the phone. They may enable people with severe hearing loss to communicate using a mobile phone.
