Making structural adaptations to a home in order to suit the changing needs of the tenant is not always the desired option for the landlord, especially as often these adaptations are semi-permanent and expensive to install and remove afterwards.

Impey UK provides an alternative solution in the form of their Swift-Fit shower cubicles that allows a shower and toilet facility to be installed in almost any room in the home. If the tenant can no longer negotiate the stairs in the home, it is possible to install a Swift-Fit cubicle on the ground floor and it is easily removed when it is no longer required.

The cubicles can be installed in 30 minutes and are available with two enclosed sides (Impress cubicle) or with three enclosed sides (Snowdon cubicle).

The cubicles can be specified with ceiling, roof lights and extractors and the Snowdon cubicle can even be specified with an integrated WC option for a complete shower toilet solution contained in a single cubicle.
