The Bee

Bee is the newest addition to our Nursery seating range, and it’s proving extremely popular - largely because of its versatility.

It joins the Ladybird and Turtle, Whale and best-selling Giraffe, to complete our collection of nursery seating products, and means we can now provide a comprehensive range of products for children and young people from birth up to the age of 18.

Suitable for children aged from four months to four and a half years, the bright colours of Bee will brighten up any environment and its modular design means it can be tailored to the specific needs of individual children, providing the best possible support through a wide height range.

In the lowest position, children can sit at eye level with their peers; and the highest position enables parents or carers to feed or work with a child without back strain. Add to this the ease with which you can move the Bee through its full height range, and you start to see its benefits.

Bee is available with a range of accessories carefully designed to provide optimum positioning and comfort. A 75mm back pad reduces the seat depth to enhance comfort for even the smallest of children; a lumbar pad provides additional support; 45 and 60-degree pelvic strap positioning options and a removable headrest give added flexibility; and angle-adjustable hip pads provide additional comfort exactly where it’s needed.

Long leg sitting with easily adjustable and removable abduction blocks and thigh pads will keep children’s legs straight and comfortable. The knee and abduction blocks can be readily removed which, coupled with a flip-up footplate, allows for easy transfer.

Our products are designed to adjust to offer every child optimum comfort in all positions - at home, at school or while sleeping - 24 hours a day, and to give them as much freedom and independence as we can whilst aiding postural development.
