Stand D172

Ablequip is a new company, exhibiting for the first time a clever new device to make mobility scooters even more useful.

Scooters are a wonderful way of getting about, but when you arrive at your destination, you have to get off, and can then find yourself in difficulties. So Mike Spencer has developed the "Wheel-Link" which allows you to transport your wheelchair or walking aid on the back of your scooter, so that it is available for you to use when you get to the supermarket, doctor's surgery, friend's house, or any confined areas where a scooter is more hindrance than help.

The Wheel-Link is a lightweight frame specifically designed to fit onto the back of medium range scooters. It comes with a retaining belt to secure the wheelchair or walker.

A simple, low-tech solution, which is available at Naidex for just £77.50.
