Avantgarde3 Range

image of avantgarde wheelchair range New - the best Avantgarde of all time: optimal functionality and ergonomics perfectly married to modern design, with its precise and individual adjustability making it the ideal wheelchair. The new Avantgarde is available in nineteen attractive colours and three different versions: the extremely flexible Avantgarde CV model, the nifty Avantgarde CS and the ultra-light CLT. Exemplary ergonomy and nifty design are the mark of every new Avantgarde - the lighter than light wheelchair choice.

Avantgarde CV

Sporty performance, ergonomical operation and first-class functionality - these are the trademarks of the new Avantgarde CV. Its outstanding flexibility makes the CV the perfect companion in any daily situation. Its special details include vertical anterior frames and swing-away removal footrest holders allowing you to approach furniture, bed or bathtub, while also facilitating a straightforward transfer. The footrest holders can be unlocked even with limited hand functionality.

Avantgarde CS

The new Avantgarde CS is ideal for anyone eager to navigate life with zest. With its outstanding agility and manoeuvrability our folding active wheelchair puts in a convincing performance in even the tightest space. What makes this "power box" so special: its compact exterior dimensions, highly stable construction and closed anterior frame with integrated foot rests. Frame angles of 70 and 80 degrees allow the legs to be positioned at the desired angle. A 90 degree frame without footrests for bilateral amputees rounds off the selection.

Avantgarde CLT

Modular lightweight design and tubular aluminium frame with a central double crossbrace and a weight of 9,200 grams and up make the Avantgarde CLT an absolute lightweight. A drive wheel adapter supports fine tuning of the tipping point, wheelbase, seat angle, wheel camber and toe-in. For experienced users who are confident in their sitting position a permanently welded version without adapters is available as an alternative, offering an ever further weight reduction.

Paediatric Rehab Buggies

kimba paediatric rehab buggy We also have a range of paediatric rehab buggies, including our Red Dot design award-winning Kimba Spring. This product is designed specifically for children with varying needs, whilst the futuristic design alleviated the stigma attached to a disabled buggy.

With the revolutionary suspension spring frame design, a reduction in spasticity is achieved via the smoother seat ride, which also results in a reduction of child seat extension. The seat frame is made completely of hi-spec aluminium tubing for lightness, and once folded, the compact buggy can be lifted in and out of a car boot with ease. The innovative dynamic frame enables parents to access the seat tilt adjustment easily, from a standing position.

The new Kimba is now available in pink (as shown) and turquoise, and in two variants: fixed and swivel castor. It is suitable for use in transportation.
