Showering Benches
A versatile range of products, suitable for showering or changing immobile patients, delivering nursing care,
completing Changing Places facilities (fully accessible public toilets).
Mostly wall-mounted and able to be pushed up out of the way when not in use, the height adjustable
benches may be controlled either manually or electrically with a hand-held remote, depending on the
model chosen. This allows them to be lowered to a suitable height for side transfer from a wheelchair,
and then raised to a comfortable and safe working height for the carer.

Adjustable Washbasins
Pressalit Care's height adjustable basin brackets have been designed to bring flexibility for users

Care's basin brackets have been designed for functionality and ease of use, allowing standing or seated
users to choose the individual height they need to use a washbasin in comfort.
Where frequent adjustment is required - such as multi-user bathrooms in schools, hospitals, care homes
or public places - gas assisted or electric brackets are recommended. Operated by means of a lever
control or remote control, height adjustment of up to 300mm is achieved. Where height adjustment is
required only periodically, the more cost effective manual option may be preferred.

Shower Seats
Safer showering sitting down. With its many variations, including backrest, armrests, seats
with apertures, etc, the shower chair is a good example of the great flexibility of the
Pressalit Care system.
Chairs can be adjusted according to the exact requirements of the individual user or user situation.
This makes showering an experience that is both safe and comfortable.
The range of shower seats includes both Basic models and highly adjustable units which are compatible

Toilet Support
Support for independent toileting includes a comprehensive range of products.
An adjustable height toilet can be achieved with a toilet bracket, which allows the height to be changed
either electrically or manually, for easier transfers to and from a wheelchair.
Strong and ergonomically designed toilet seats are also available in raised versions, giving up to 100 mm
(4 inches) greater height, as well as forward slanting designs, which can be easier to stand up from with
reduced mobility in hips and knees.
Good support arms provide sitting support and assist with transfers. As they are hinged, they can be
pushed up against the wall when not required.

Bathroom Support
The track is the foundation of Pressalit Care's products.
The horizontal track makes it possible to slide products along the wall, changing their position to
achieve a different layout for the room.
The vertical track allows adjustment of the product's height.
By combining the horizontal and vertical tracks, maximum flexibility is achieved, for the benefit
of both user and carer.
This unique tracking system allows rooms to be entirely reconfigured in minutes and removes the need
