Glider Plus Adjustable (GPA) Walker This is a highly adaptable rollator, newly re-designed for 2009, with excellent features and choice. There is a selection of ten different seat heights, three frame widths and each walker provides three adjustable handle heights to suit the greatest range of users.
To make transportation and storage as easy as possible, the backrest of the GPA folds with the walker, moving automatically in one smooth action – it does not need to be repositioned, unclipped or locked into place.
This unique process is simple and requires no additional action by the user. It means that the walker will fold flatter for storage and packing, taking up even less space.
Equally, each Glider Plus Adjustable walker arrives fully assembled in its packing box, allowing for immediate use without the need for any assembly.
Suitable for use indoors and out, the walker can safely support a massive weight. In practice we find the seat width accommodates people up to about 20 stones (127Kg).
The GPA walker has four double wheels. The front wheels swivel, whilst rear wheels are aligned in the straight ahead position and do not swivel.
