The chair shown here is the Gower, a knuckle arm model which is available in a number of different configurations, for example as a rise and recliner, recline only, assisted rise only, or manual recline. Powered version can be single, dual or three motor driven.

As Wilcare manufactures the chairs at their factory in South Wales, they offer a customisation service that is second to none. Within the range, there are:

• Twenty chair models with six back designs and seven back heights
• 73 sub-frame variations
• Single, dual, three and four motor mechanisms, plus Tilt-in-space and Wallhugger versions
• Rise and Recline, Recline-only and Rise-only versions
• Manual recline, static chairs and sofas
• A choice of seat widths from 18" to 32", seat depths from 17" to 22", and 14" to 22" seat to floor height
• Standard user weight is 19 stone, and there are also 25, 35 and 40 stone versions
• Height adjustable and removable arms

For pressure care management we offer:
• Vasco elastic foam to seat, footboard and armrests
• Gel pad inserts to seat and footboard
• Seat cut-outs for customers' own pressure relief cushions

We also offer an anti-entrapment system, ten point massage system, heat pad for massage and battery back-up.

The extensive range of fabrics that includes special coverings such as Vinyl, Microcare, Panvelle and Leather.
