The IL advice centre is the area where you can find useful information for various aspects of life as a carer, or an individual with a disability.

We have information about welfare benefits; keeping fit and eating well; making your home safe and accessible; legal and statutory guidance on subjects including safe manual handling, Mental Capacity Act, transporting wheelchairs, etc.

Resources to support family carers can also be found in the advice centre, as well as help with holidays and outings.
