Patient hoist rental 

The Standard Patient Hoist is easy to use and handle, making it suitable for home to hospital use.
 
The hoists are easily dismantled for storage and transport, meeting the latest European safety standards. They feature exceptional rigidity thanks to the advanced design of all moving connections, eliminating play and offering a rigid feel when the hoist is fully loaded.
 
This highly durable lifter offers excellent manoeuvrability around the confines of both domestic and nursing settings. There is a good range of minimum and maximum lift heights, as well as durable low profile front castors for that all-important lift from the bed or chair.
 
All the hoists are electrically powered for ease of use. We do not supply a sling as standard but do have available disposable ones should you forget yours.

Standing transfer aids 

The Standaid is designed to assist people who have mobility once on their feet, but lack the strength to stand up from a seated position.
 
They also provide a means of transfer between wheelchairs, normal chairs, bed and commode.
 
The stand aid and hoist rental range includes a number of popular standing transfer aids, both powered and manual.
 
Rental periods are from one week upwards. Long term rental is also available, and delivery may be possible very quickly – though ideally, at least a week’s notice should be given.
