What can you expect from a VELA chair?

The VELA Chair is a series of ergonomic chairs designed for people with disabilities. All chairs support and increase the level of activity, ability to function and independence in doing things at home and work.

With a VELA chair, you can regain liberty to perform various activities you have lost the ability to do, for example studying or attending to office work.

At home, you will be able to cook dinner and perform light cleaning in a secure and stable chair due to an easy access brake.

A key feature on the VELA chair is the height adjustment. When setting the seat height low, you can “walk the chair around” with little effort. When adjusting the seat height high, you can reach cupboards, be at eye level with others and work at high desks.

A VELA chair is available with manual or electrical height adjustment – electric height adjustment also functions as an aid for getting up to standing position.

The VELA chair range spans from activity chairs for disabled children to disability chairs for adults and heavy-duty office chairs with a maximum load of 300kg.
