handl
handl makes small aids for everyday tasks that become difficult when your hands do not work the way they used to. Everything starts from a real problem rather than a product idea. The first is PALM, an adapter that lets a soap or lotion pump be pressed with a palm, fist or forearm instead of a fingertip.
It was designed by handl’s founder Kareem Chouiki, who has neuropathy and could no longer work an ordinary pump. Products are made to order in the UK. The website also publishes free guides on managing when hands are painful, weak or numb.
